Mealround was built by people who have run meals on wheels services, not in an office far from the kitchen.
Our team has a long history of running meals on wheels businesses: menus, kitchens, drivers, welfare checks, council referrals, invoices and Direct Debits.
We had the same problems you do. Paper menus coming back late or not at all. Orders taken over the phone and typed in twice. Empty days nobody noticed until the morning. Invoices and Direct Debits that took a whole day to sort out.
So we built the system we wanted. Today Mealround is used every day by our partner provider in the South East. Their customers and families order online, drivers photograph the paper menus, the kitchen prints its labels in one go, and invoices and payments run themselves on a Monday morning.
