Mealround is a trading name of Teddys Ventures Limited, registered in England and Wales, company no. 17175500. Registered office: Suite 6, The Workshop, Wharf Road, Eastbourne, East Sussex, BN21 3FG. Teddys Ventures Limited is the data controller for the information described here.

What we collect

When you contact us or book a demo: your name, organisation, email address, phone number (if given), the best time to call, roughly how many customers you deliver to, how your customers order today, and anything you write in your message.
When you browse the site: basic technical information such as pages visited, browser type and an approximate location, collected through our website platform’s statistics.

How we use it

To reply to your question and arrange a demo or phone call.
To send you information about Mealround that you have asked for.
To understand how the website is used so we can improve it.

We use your contact details because we have a legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries. We will not add you to a marketing mailing list unless you ask us to, and you can tell us to stop contacting you at any time.

Who we share it with

We do not sell your information. It is handled by the services that run this website and our email, which act on our instructions: WordPress.com (Automattic), which hosts the site and its contact form, and our email provider. Some of these providers may process data outside the UK, with appropriate safeguards in place.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry details for up to two years after our last contact with you, unless you become a customer, in which case our customer agreement will explain how we hold your data.

The website uses a small number of cookies needed for it to work and to count visits. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings.

Your rights

You can ask to see the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, object to how we use it, or ask us to restrict its use. Email hello@mealround.co.uk and we will respond within one month.
